Welcome to Crayola Crayon Info. I have been a collector of Crayola and other crayons since the 1990’s. I would like to share some in the information I have collected over the years. At one time I had one of the most comprehensive collection of Crayola Crayon colors including many rare and hard to find colors. I donated much of that collection to a museum so it could be shared with other collectors like myself. Unfortunately, the museum owner passed away and my collection which should have been returned to me was liquidated in an auction. The cost to recover the collection was prohibitive, my only hope is that those that purchased the collection share it with others.

My first posts will be presenting all the Crayola crayon colors available from the 2024 product line. This list was compiled from the current product line under the crayon category on Crayola.com and from the latest Crayola wholesale catalog. The list will be presented by color in alphabetical order and will include a list of all the packages that contain that color.

I also have updated listings for the containers of crayons and all colors made since 1903. I am currently working on list of all the retired colors. I welcome all comments and suggestions. Enjoy.

Been a while, found some new Crayola items exclusive to Target. One is the Limited-Edition Crayon Pack. It contains 16 regular crayons included the 8 previously retired colors. 10 Twistable crayons and 20 coloring pages.  2 others are the Limited-Edition Coloring & Sticker Activity Sets. Each contains 4 of the previously retired colors and 4 primary colors. Also included are 32 coloring pages and a sheet of stickers featuring the 4 retired colors.  Also new are 4 Limited-Edition Art Kits in Dan D Dandelion, Blizz Blizzard Blue, Mully Mulberry and Angie Orange Red. Each contains 8 retired crayons, 4 neon crayons, 8 regular crayons, 20 pip-squeaks Skinnies markers, 20 coloring sheets and a sticker sheet. Except for the retired colors in each set, I have not verified the other colors of crayons. There was also a number of other items included in this series, pencil cases, storage totes and coloring sets with colored pencils and markers.
In addition to the 8 pack of the release of 8 retired crayons I posted about a few weeks ago, Crayola is also going to release a 64 pack with the 8 retired crayons. When I was notified about the retired crayons, the anticipated release date was February 14th. That didn't happen and there have been no new updates since the original announcement. They have also give names to the 8 crayons, they can be found on the back of both the 8 and 64 packs of crayons.
When are colors truly retired?   Crayola is bringing back 8 retired colors for their first release of 2025. The eight colors are Dandelion which was retired with much fanfare in 2017, Blizzard Blue, Magic Mint, Mulberry, Orange Red, Violet Blue, Lemon Yellow and Raw Umber. The new packages should be released by the end of February.
